Huge Master bedroom with a King Size bed with a walk-in closet. The Master bathroom has a Steam Shower, and a big jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks.
2nd bedroom has a Bunk Bed with a full mattress on bottom and a twin mattress on top.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with place mats, napkin rings, napkins, flatware, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, teapot, blender, toaster oven, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The Dining Room has seating for 8 people and the Kitchen Bar has 2 bar stools.

2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds and a separate bathroom featuring a claw foot tub/shower.
There is also a loft area for relaxing and watching tv .

The carpeted and finished basement is a retreat with a fully stocked library, a TV room with a DVD player, a Ping Pong Table and a large room for kids to play and a mudroom.

Just 9 miles to the town of Livingston, 53 miles to Yellowstone National Park and 33 miles to downtown Bozeman.


Located only 9 miles from historic Livingston (pop +7,000). A billboard characterizes the town as a place “Where powder hounds and train buffs meet”. It is a historical railroad town that has gentrified into an eclectic community with artists, cowboys, and anglers in equal numbers. Downtown has over 15 art galleries and during the summer the Livingston Gallery Association hosts the Downtown Art Walk every fourth Friday of each month. The Livingston Roundup is ranked as the nation’s 10th top rodeo over the the Fourth of July. You’ll hear anglers swapping fish stories at the local Katabatic Brewery or one of the numerous lively watering holes.

Yellowstone National Park is an easy 53 miles south to Gardiner, the northern entrance to our nation’s first National Park. Old Faithful, Lake Yellowstone, and ample wild life viewing are some of the many highlights of visiting the park. Paradise Valley spans the gap between Suce Creek and Gardiner. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy an endless variety of year round recreational opportunities: from hunting and fishing to observing nature, photography, hiking, riding, camping, rock-climbing, white-water rafting, mountain biking, cross-country and downhill skiing, and the overall wilderness experience.

Bozeman is the closest airport and is a short 25 miles west of Livingston. Here you will find Montana’s top university, a remarkable art district, excellent medical facilities, and world class recreational opportunities. Bridger Bowl, just 15 minutes from Bozeman, provides beginner to expert skiing and is a source of local pride. Big Sky/Moonlight Basin is just south of Bozeman and is now the largest ski area in the United States. Bozeman has been named one of the Top 10 Best Small Town in America.
